Termite Barriers: A chemical barrier is placed around your house by trenching the soil and drilling paved or concreted areas. This creates a chemical barrier around your house. The products used are residual.
Reticulation Systems: This is system of interconnecting pipes that are laid around the property. These pipes disperse termicide through the soil to create a barrier. This maybe a repellent barrier or a death trap barrier.
Baiting Systems: These Systems are can be stand alone or in conjunction with a chemical treatment. It involves the placement of stations around your property that are checked regularly.
These stations monitor the activity on your property. When a station has active termites, the monitoring stations are replaced with bait that the termites take back to feed to the colony.
This feeding habit can lead to colony elimination as the food source is passed on throughout the colony.
