Q. Why does the rodent activity increase over winter?

Rodent activity increases at this time as the rodents are looking for a  warmer environment. Being ‘inside’ also enable them to  increase their chance of being nearer a food source.

Q. When I receive product or a shipment our pest issues sometime increase. Why is this?

Often pests are imported with your shipment.  Your premises may be protected but often when your shipment comes from is not adequately protected.  Advising your supplier will give them the opportunity to address the matter.

Q. How can I be assured that the technician servicing our site is competent?

At the commencement of servicing a new site a senior technician  will carry out a Competency Training (Beth - provide a link here to a section about Competency Training please) for the technician/s servicing your site.  This Competency Training Document will be placed in your Pest Register.

Q. How do I know that the service will be carried out in a safe manner?

Safety is of paramount importance to Goode Pest Control – both to our team members and our clients and by extension, their clients or customers.  Prior to the initial setup of a site a Risk Analysis is carried out.  The documentation for this is placed in your Pest Register for review at each service.

Q. What happens if I get a pest problem between scheduled services?

Just give us a call or email us and we will arrange a time to inspect the problem, advise an Action Plan and treat the problem.
